Sample Donor Letter

I thought I would provide a sample letter for those of you who are interested in Winning a New Cricut Die Cut Machine.

Dear Family & Friends:

I will be participating in a Scrapbooking Crop on September 20th to benefit the Brandon Jr. Woman's Club's Annual Children's Holiday Party for underprivileged. Each year the BJWC supports up to 100 children in the Brandon and surrounding areas with a large party which includes, lunch, crafts, entertainment, and a great opportunity to visit with Santa. They then receive much needed gifts that include Clothing, Shoes, Socks, Underwear, Books, School Supplies, many Toys and more.

Your help is needed!! Please consider being a donor to help support this worthy cause. In supporting this cause, the children will have better self esteem, educational support and a sense of community.

Donations of any denomination can be made payable to the Brandon Jr. Woman's Club and mailed to (fill in the blank with your address). Tax deductible receipts are available upon request. The BJWC is a 501c3 organization.
