The GFWC Brandon Jr. Woman's Club, 3rd Annual Santa in September Scrapbooking Fundraiser was a huge success!!
Thanks to all of you who came to the event, invited friends, brought school supplies, purchased raffle tickets/silent auction items and other goodies!!
All of our efforts combined netted $2,100.00 + School Supplies that will be used for our Annual Children's Holiday Party in December!! These children are so very grateful and thankful for your support, each year we are blessed to be able to watch these children open their gifts of toys, clothing, shoes, school supplies etc. Many have not had a gift in their lifetime, it is a very heartwarming experience, and all of you have helped make this event happen once again. Thank you!
The GFWC Brandon Jr. Woman's Club will be hosting another great fundraiser to support Arts in our community. Everyone is invited to attend on Thursdsay, October 1st, as we will be having our General Meeting and Make It, Bake It, Take It Auction. This auction is composed of home made goodies, crafts, gifts, and not so homemade items donated by our club members, this live auction will begin at 8:00 p.m. at our clubhouse located on 129 N Moon Ave. You are also invited to attend our General meeting prior to the auction beginning at 7:00 p.m., we are always welcoming new members. Please feel free to invite family or friends to come too. For more information, you may contact me.
Once again, thanks for your continued support, please look for our announcement early next year for our 4th Annual Santa in September event. Also, I welcome any comments/suggestions on making this event better and/or more successful, please feel free e mail me with your likes and/or improvements to this event.

Unfortuantly, Shop N Crop Scrapbooking is unable to attend, however, we have found a replacement, many of you may already know, Hilltop Memories, they have great products and crops.
Please stop by and say hi to them on Saturday, along with all of our other Vendors, Stampin Up, Creative Memories, and Christine Knowell with great products.

Hi Ladies:
Thank you so much for registering for the Santa in September Fundraiser crop. You are our Elves and are helping us to raise money for the Brandon Jr. Woman's Club's Annual Children's Holiday Party for needy children in the Brandon and East Hillsborough County area.
I am counting down the days, it is feeling like the Night Before Christmas, esp. in my house, it is filled with tons of goodies for all of you to enjoy!!
Just a few quick reminders about the day and days activities:
*Arrival begins at 9:00 a.m. @ St. Andrews United Methodist Church corner of Bloomingdale & Bryan Rd., please use driveway on Bryan Rd park behind the Hall, the large building in the center of the grounds, there will be a sign, you will be parking in the grass, but you will not have to pull your scrapping totes up the stairs. If you need wheelchair accessibility, please use the parking lot to the side of the building on the Bloomingdale side, this is toward the front of the hall, there is a wheelchair ramp, you will go through some double doors, down a hall way, and then into the hall area.
*We have 4 Vendors!! Please be sure to stop by and see them during the day. Each Vendor may also be teaching a class or make n take.
*We have Raffle's, you can bring your school supplies for raffle tickets:
Donate new school supplies to earn raffle tickets per item brought, i.e.
1 ticket = pack of crayons, 10-pk pencils or pens,
(2) packs of paper, pack colored pencils, package glue sticks/bottles, (4) pocket folders, (2) spiral notebooks, all other items will be determined at the discretion of BJWC .
or Purchase Tickets the day of: 1 - $1, 12 - $10.00, 25 - $20, & 75 - $50
*We also have great Silent Auction Items!!
*We have Limited size and quanity T - Shirts for $15.00 each, totes and mugs!!
*Feel free to bring any unwanted items to put on the Freebie Table.
*Please note, The Brandon Jr. Woman's Club can only accept Cash and Checks. Some Vendors may be able to accept credit cards.
*Bring A Camera!
*Everyone will be sitting 2 or 3 to a 8' round table, I have made careful consideration to sit friends in the same areas, feel free to adjust your seating location within your table or your friends.
*Feel free to bring your drink holder and a cup with a lid, so we have no accidents. I will be providing cups, however, they will not have a lid.
